Customer Service Representative
Our client Lindenmeyr Munroe is a leading independent paper, packaging, wide-format, and facility solutions provider in the US, supporting businesses nationwide with a comprehensive selection of products and services. Lindenmeyr Munroe is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Mount Joy, PA location. The position will support our growing packaging business by sourcing products for our sales team and providing customer relations and order cycle management through daily interactions with our customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
● Engage with customers by responding promptly to inquiries, providing product information and availability, and processing orders coming via email, phone, ecommerce, and mail.
● Develop and maintain superior product knowledge in order to serve customers and recommend potential products to management by capturing and analyzing customer needs and feedback.
● Communicate with customers and our sales team about forecasts, order status, changes, and delivery with proper documentation.
● Work closely with suppliers for production / ready dates and resolve order issues by recommending the best solution, expediting the adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
● Manage inquiries from and/or coordinate with other branch/regional offices to resolve order-related issues.
● Create and maintain accurate customer account data and records in our order management system, Infor M3.

Experience:
● 3-5 years’ experience in customer service or related is required.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required; experience with Infor M3, SAP and Oracle is a plus.
● Knowledge of the packaging industry is preferred.
