We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key national accounts, driving sales growth, and expanding our footprint in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of packaging solutions and a proven track record in managing large, complex accounts across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new multi-location & national opportunities in the packaging industry.
- Account Management : Manage and grow relationships with key national accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Client Solutions : Collaborate with customers to understand their packaging needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their specifications and budget.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and suppliers, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our products and services.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and account activity for senior management.
