What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Linder Oil Company?
Linder Oil Company is a family owned and operated business. This is a small, family friendly business that allows for work / life balance. The work is more of a job shop environment and is not an assembly line job. The job requires that you work both indoors and outdoors when loading from railcars.
Duties :
- Ability to weigh and load raw materials into a mix tank.
- Mix raw materials while monitoring and adjusting the mixing process.
- Prepare product for next step by unloading and storing the finished batch.
- Maintain quality standards by verifying weight and contents of raw materials; documenting all process steps; and collecting samples for quality testing.
- Drive Class A & B trucks on lot for weighing purposes (No CDL required).
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
