The ZF Garrett team is responsible for supporting the packaging and light assembly of braking, electronics, and steering products. We are a team-oriented group that values collaboration and open communication.
Responsibilities
- Follow process sheets when packing and report quality issues
- Record and maintain packing rates; report all scrap
- Count production labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.
- Be customer-focused and provide opportunities for improvement
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
- Able to work in a team environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Team-oriented individual with strong communication skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Process and detail-oriented individual
- Basic mechanical abilities preferred
