Lindora is hiring an experienced General Manager to join our team and be a part of a

comprehensive, medical weight loss solutions and wellness programs. We’re thrilled to
bring our first Lindora Weight Loss Wellness Studio to the Nashville area and transform lives for the better!

wellness goals through a holistic approach. We offer a variety of services to help clients
improve their metabolic health. Our suite of services includes medically guided weight loss
programs with and without the use of medications such as GLP-1s, IV Hydration therapy,
Hormone Replacement Therapy and laser body contouring.

POSITION:
The General Manager is responsible for driving studio sales and memberships through a
pre-sale period prior to the soft opening and will continue to grow the business by
delivering high quality consultations that convert sales leads to new memberships. The
General Manager will lead efforts to retain memberships by ensuring the medical team
provides an exceptional level of care during the client’s journey while fostering a positive
team culture. The role is critical to upholding our commitment to health and wellness while
enhancing the overall client experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of sales experience or membership sales preferred
- Confident in generating the majority of sales and leads
- Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner(s)
- Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams including membership sales,
service packages, food & supplements and retail
- A dedication and passion for helping clients achieve their goals
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to strategically prioritize
workload
- Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
- Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential, medical information
- The ability to establish and maintain working relationships with clients,
individuals and the team which includes the studio team, franchisee and
franchisor
- The ability to establish relationships with businesses within the community to
generate a consistent flow of new referral business opportunities for the studio
- A true leader with the ability to hire, train, mentor and coach employees to
deliver and grow in a high expectation environment
DUTIES
- Oversee grassroots efforts to include planning and execution of events with
conversion of client leads generated at said grassroots marketing and local
networking events
- Ensure all client leads are promptly contacted, and proper follow-up is
completed and recorded
- Converts leads to memberships
- Ensure all clients receive proper consultation and treatment recommendations
based on their individual needs and desired outcomes
- Conduct regular assessments of client feedback and satisfaction levels,
identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to
enhance the client experience
- Attend weekly sales calls and ongoing sales training
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning services
- Collect outstanding dues
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize
costs, including inventory, utility, and labor costs
- Maintains an orderly, efficient and well-run studio
- Create and manage employee schedules and calendar
- Maintain adequate stock and manage inventory of studio supplies including
medical, consumable and retail products
- Coach to the Lindora brand standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $59,671.00 - $69,693.00 per year
