We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is friendly, proactive, and eager to help. Responsibilities
- Assist existing clients with policy updates and modifications.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
- Educate clients on additional products and coverage options.
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns with efficiency.
- File and manage claims while providing guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities to write new policies for current clients.
Requirements
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.

- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Property & Casualty license (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
