We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who is friendly, proactive, and eager to help. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our existing clients, assist with policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, and customer retention efforts, and educate clients on additional coverage options. Salary: $40000 per year

• Assist existing clients with policy updates and modifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Educate clients on additional products and coverage options.
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns with efficiency.
• File and manage claims while providing guidance and support.
• Identify opportunities to write new policies for current clients.

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Property & Casualty license (preferred) or willingness to obtain.
