- Prioritize goals and objectives, adhere to deadlines, and recommend solutions for changes and improvements.
- Uphold the highest quality of customer service, resolving problems, completing audits, determining improvements, and implementing change.
- Use computer-assisted design/drafting (AutoCAD) equipment and software to develop designs.
- Create and revise production drawings (detail and assembly drawings).
- Interface with customers on inquiries and assist in meeting sales objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
