Job Summary: Director of Dining Services
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining operations within Lindstrom Senior Living. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs and preferences of residents. Key responsibilities include menu planning, staff management, budget oversight, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The Director of Dining Services works closely with Executive Director, residents, families, and healthcare team to provide a positive dining experience that enhances the overall quality of life for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nutritious and appealing menus.
- Manage and train dining staff to ensure excellent service.
- Oversee budget and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with residents and families to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive dining environment.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the dining experience for residents.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
