Job Overview
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining operations within our establishment. This leadership role requires a strong focus on delivering exceptional culinary experiences while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and managing budgets effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and hospitality, with a proven track record in fine dining and team management.

Duties

  • Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure all food safety regulations are strictly adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance their culinary skills and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan special events and catering services.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock without excess waste.
  • Foster a positive dining atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
