Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading goods, operating forklifts, and ensuring efficient inventory management. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers.
- Deliver furniture into customer's homes and provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions.
- Assembling Furniture
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Assist with route driving for deliveries as needed, including driving box trucks.
- Ensure that all goods are stored properly to prevent damage.
- Perform regular checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer service.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 to 5:30 and Saturday 9 to 3
