Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, including restaurants, bars,
and catering services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall F&B guest experience.
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and
Matre D.
Set performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and provide coaching
and feedback.
Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus based on culinary trends and
guest preferences.
Establish pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring value for guests.
Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.
Conduct regular inspections and address any issues related to service or product quality.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
Implement initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Analyze sales data, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
