Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs as follows:

  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of industrial sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and construction, to develop innovative decarbonization strategies that align with clients' business goals and regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborates closely with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and forging robust relationships; understand their unique challenges and objectives, and guide them through the decarbonization journey, providing tailored recommendations and solutions;
  • Conducts detailed assessments of clients' current emissions profiles, energy usage, and operational practices to identify areas for decarbonization improvements;
  • Utilizes data analysis and performance metrics to benchmark progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies;
  • Develops comprehensive decarbonization strategies and roadmaps that encompass energy efficiency, renewable energy adoption, process optimization, supply chain management, and other relevant areas;
  • Provides guidance on technology adoption, policy compliance, and potential partnerships to maximize decarbonization impact;
  • Oversees the successful execution of decarbonization projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client outcomes;
  • Utilizes ability to stay at the forefront of decarbonization trends, emerging technologies, and policy developments; and,
  • Contributes to thought leadership and furthering the decarbonization knowledge base of our organization.

Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs as follows:

  • Leads decarbonization initiatives within industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and construction; 
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol and and experience conducting Greenhouse Gas Inventories;
  •  Exhibits proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights;
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is preferred;
  • Demonstrates proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Possesses proven interpersonal and negotiation skills which are crucial for building relationships, managing stakeholders, and driving change within client organizations; 
  • Oversees the successful execution of decarbonization projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards; and,
  • Coordinates and leads teams to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
