Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Mount Joy, PA
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks: Manage financial transactions, track expenses, and assist with financial reporting.
- Supply Ordering: Ensure inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Payroll: Process employee payroll accurately and on time.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Handle invoices, payments, and collections.
- Phone Management: Answer calls, direct inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Jobber Software: Experience with Jobber software is a plus for scheduling and job management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting practices is a must.
- Experience with payroll processing and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Jobber software experience is a bonus but not required.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
