The Program Manager will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, ensuring seamless execution of assigned programs, data management, and team member engagement activities. . This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically proficient professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while supporting key social impact initiatives including disaster response, volunteerism and community service campaigns.


Success in this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to interpret and manage data, and the expertise to leverage technology and software tools to drive operational efficiency. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing essential support in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of partner and donor data, developing programs for engagement initiatives and facilitating internal communications.


Experience:

  • Preferred candidates would have 1-3 years in employee volunteer programs, volunteer management, non-profit partner relationships, project management, data analytics, relational databases and/or related business experiences
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint) is required. Experience with database management, querying tools, and/or statistical software is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Human Service, Social Work, Education, Business, and/or related field. Business experience in fundraising relational databases or corporate social responsibility may be considered in lieu of specific education requirements.


Responsibilities:


Operational & Program Support: Assist in managing the daily operations of the Lineage Foundation for Good, ensuring smooth execution of programs and initiatives.


Disaster Response Leadership: Lead and coordinate the company’s internal disaster response and recovery programs.


Volunteer & Community Engagement: Organize and manage company-wide volunteer and community service efforts, ensuring effective participation and impact measurement.


Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Support regional leaders who serve as liaisons to the Foundation by providing clear goals, tools, and communications.


Data & Systems Management:

  • Maintain and optimize partner and donor data management systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
  • Manage and monitor software systems, databases, online registration platforms, and web resources to streamline operations.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and improve program outcomes.


Training & Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs for volunteers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.


Board & Committee Support: Prepare materials, logistics, and presentations for Foundation Board and committee meetings.


Event & Campaign Coordination: Support the development and execution of annualized campaigns and events, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.


Document & Record Management: Maintain electronic departmental files, records, and correspondence, ensuring accessibility and compliance.


SKILLS NEEDED:


Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), PowerPoint (presentations, reports), and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with relational databases and data analytics tools to manage and track program outcomes.
  • Ability to leverage technology and software solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Ability to assess challenges, identify solutions, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.


Communication & Collaboration:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.


Organizational & Project Management:

  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring timely execution of projects and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization skills.


Adaptability & Initiative:

  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
