The Program Manager – M&A and Integrations will lead the human resources strategy and execution for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business integrations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR due diligence, transition planning, cultural integration, and talent management strategies to ensure smooth organizational transitions. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders to drive successful people and culture integration in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Mergers & Acquisitions Leadership:
- Lead HR due diligence efforts, identifying risks, opportunities, and cultural considerations associated with M&A transactions.
- Partner with corporate development, legal, finance, and business leaders to assess organizational structures, employment policies, and workforce implications.
- Develop and execute HR integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational effectiveness.
- Create and implement people-integration plans, including organizational design, change management, and cultural alignment.
- Lead communication strategies to ensure transparency and employee engagement throughout integration phases.
- Develop transition frameworks for impacted employees, including retention strategies, severance planning, and role realignments.
- Oversee and support HR teams in executing onboarding, benefits harmonization, and policy alignment for acquired entities.
- Suggest best practices for enhancing new playbook for onboarding new acquisitions.
- Assess and align talent strategies to retain key personnel and mitigate risks related to workforce attrition.
- Work with leadership to evaluate and align compensation, benefits, and HR policies across merged entities.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring seamless cultural integration.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies during M&A transactions.
- Oversee the development of employment contracts, retention agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Support workforce planning, headcount rationalization, and HR systems integration post-merger.
- End to end integration in planning and partnering for transactions as well as international expansions with various countries.
- Partnering closely and collaborating internationally with legal, PM, compliance, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including direct experience with M&A and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance considerations, and HR best practices in M&A.
- Experience managing large-scale change initiatives and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Proven ability to lead and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in global M&A transactions, including cross-border HR integration.
- HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent.
- Background in compensation, benefits harmonization, or HR systems integration.
- Experience with Workday.
- Ability to travel up to 50%
