The Opportunity
In this role you will:
· Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to support project initiatives
· Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
· Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve business operations and processes
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives
· Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
· Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders
· Support the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and business improvements
· Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance business operations

· Experience with CRM, ERP, or data visualization tools
