Position Overview:
As a Field Service Supervisor at LINEV Systems, you will lead a team of service technicians in delivering exceptional on-site support, maintenance, and installation of our equipment. Your role will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining equipment uptime, and supporting LINEV Systems’ technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of service technicians to meet operational and business objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to ensure technicians adhere to company standards and policies.
- Manage and perform installations, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance on LINEV Systems equipment at customer locations.
- Deliver technical support to both customers and service technicians.
- Monitor and ensure proper functionality and calibration of all tools and equipment issued by LINEV Systems.
- Maintain active clearance eligibility for access to customer sites as required.
- Accurately document and maintain equipment maintenance and service records.
- Coordinate travel logistics for service technicians to and from assigned job locations.
- Engage directly with customers to guarantee a positive and professional service experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., engineering, logistics, sales) to achieve service and business goals.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical proficiency in all LINEV Systems equipment.
- Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in field service, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a geographically dispersed team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks for site access clearance.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software, and mobile field service systems.
