The candidate will manage EHR application security, user accounts, inventory, and system maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN
- 5 years of experience creating, changing, and deleting user accounts per request.
- 5 years of experience diagnosing and recovering from hardware or software failures.
- 5 years of experience applying OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrading administrative tools
- 5 years of experience maintaining operational, configuration, or other procedures
- Experience in a recognized Electronic Health Record System (EHR) preferred
- Identify and quantify IT risk factors for EHR application security and related infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Permission, PC refresh and software installations, inventory and software management utilizing Asset Panda,
- Manage user accounts, and receive and transfer inventory to maintain accurate records.
- The ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written forms is essential.
- Working knowledge and experience with Keystone Edge, Microsoft OS, MS Office, DocuSign, Panda, DEXIS, Adobe, Teams/SharePoint, VPN access, and inventory operations.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
- Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Diagnose and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
- Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
- Configure/add new services as necessary.
- Upgrade and configure system software that supports GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
- Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures.
- Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
