Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, facilitating communication between business and technical teams.
- Lead and support the development, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Assist in the software development life cycle (SDLC), including planning, testing, and deployment phases.
- Work closely with QA teams to define and execute test plans, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
- Contribute to risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks.
- Provide input and support for continuous process improvements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in project execution.
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation related to policies, procedures, and technical systems.
- At times, take on additional responsibilities such as QA support or assisting with risk management efforts based on project needs.
- 5 years of experience as a business analyst, with a strong focus on technical analysis in the insurance or medical sector.
- Prior experience with system implementation (configuration, development, SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and execute projects independently with minimal supervision, making sound decisions in complex situations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex requirements and processes into actionable technical solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working with insurance or medical platforms, policies, and industry-specific regulations.
- Solid understanding of Mcare policies is preferred.
