Lingo Staffing is hiring an Insurance Specialist in Rochester, NY.

Hours : Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Payrate : $22.25

Responsibilities :

  • Financial Processing – Enters and verifies insurance commission revenue and payment adjustments.
  • Reconciliation & Compliance – Ensures transaction accuracy, compliance, and resolves discrepancies.
  • Stakeholder Support – Handles inquiries from internal teams and external partners.
  • Process Improvement – Updates procedures and suggests efficiency enhancements.
  • Technical Skills – Uses Excel, databases, and HRIS.net for financial tasks.
