Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday, 10am - 4pm Saturday as scheduled
The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing installs, troubleshooting and repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.

- May require working hours outside of standard business due to on call schedule and emergencies*
The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing installs, troubleshooting and repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment.
Job Requirements:
Required:
- 2 years in maintenance field
- HVAC and EPA/ Universal certified
- 1 year within multi-family housing industry preferred
- Drywall, Painting, and carpentry experience preferred
- Experience with light plumbing and electrical work
- Stellar attendance
- Heavy lifting required up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to work under little to no supervision and well with others as needed
