As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering top-notch service. Your role is key to ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience every time they reach out.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative team and play a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction in a friendly, fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, in-person) in a professional, friendly manner
- Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quick and effective resolutions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our system as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to provide timely solutions to customer issues
- Continuously contribute to improving our customer service process and enhance the customer experience
