- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Align strategic plans with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators: Monitor progress towards achieving these goals. Achieve departmental goals and objectives within specified timelines.
- Support the Executive Leadership Team: Provide guidance to ensure effective execution of plans.
- Lead High-Level Planning Activities: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership Team: Develop and refine strategic initiatives to drive overall company results. Positive impact on the company’s growth and profitability.
- Identify Opportunities for Growth: Focus on improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Evaluate potential impacts on the company. Studies the competition and technology trends to gain a business advantage.
- Conduct Risk Assessments: Develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions. Successful implementation of risk management strategies.
- Prepare and Present Reports: Provide recommendations to senior management. Timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Performs trend analyses on the business processes.
- Reviews and analyzes business forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.
- 4 year college degree. Master’s degree preferred.
- Ten years experience in corporate planning, strategy, or related managerial role
