What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Business Development position at Link Home Therapy?
Link Home Therapy is seeking an innovative and driven individual to join us as the Director of Business Development.
You’ll be identifying, developing, promoting and maintaining strategic relationships to foster business growth within Assisted Living Facilities and Homecare communities throughout multiple states on the East Coast.
\n- Research, identify and proactively outreach potential new ventures within your assigned region.
- Take initiative to network and foster new relationships and continuously cultivate existing contracts and relationships in the rehab space.
- Develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns that align with company goals, further growth and reach target audience.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and directors within Therapy and Health Care industries.
- Create and execute sales pitches and promotional campaigns and material to present in person within your assigned region.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business reports and strategic business development plans for leadership.
- Travel to various assisted living facilities to build relationships, present LINK home therapy solutions and promote business partnerships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assisted living facilities/hospital or home health environment.
- Previous experience within healthcare is required.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance systems.
- Travel is required for this position.
