Position Title: Mentor/Paraprofessional
Reports to: Center Director
Empower Students to Succeed as a Mentor/Paraprofessional
Do you have a passion for making a difference in young lives? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mentor/Paraprofessional to join our supportive team!
In this role, you will:
- Provide academic and social-emotional support to High School students, both in person and virtually.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and motivate them to achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement academic interventions and behavior plans.
- Assist with enrollment and orientation of new students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- At least 60 credit hours of college credit OR willingness to take the Praxis Paraprofessional test.
- Experience/skills with computers (Google Suite) and student management systems.
- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
