Our client, a local, innovative, and growing company is seeking a CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations across their multifaceted organization. This high-level role will involve financial planning, analysis, and compliance oversight for their core business, affiliated entities, and future initiatives. Reporting directly to the president / CEO, the CFO will play a critical role in steering financial strategy while managing day-to-day operations and supporting a dynamic, multi-entity structure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement mid-term and long-term financial strategies for the organization.
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights to achieve corporate goals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue optimization strategies while managing risk effectively.
- Evaluate capital structures and secure financing to support growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with joint venture partners to align financial reporting and strategic planning.
