Job Description
Provides contract administration and staff accountant support duties. Support Financial manager by supporting timesheets, payroll, AP & AR, billing processing, forecast, and reporting. Also provides contract administration. Supports processing of contract awards and modifications, proposal submissions, reporting, and maintains contract records.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications.
Candidate Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting or at minimum 5 years hands-on experience supporting small or medium-size business finance and accounting operations for U.S. Government Contractor.
- Experience working in Government Contracting
- Deltek Costpoint Experience
- familiar with GAAP and Government accounting standards
- Proficient with excel to develop budgets, forecasts, and support financial planning
- Government Contract administration experience (small business experience preferable)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
