What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative position at Link Staffing?
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist in a technical field who:
- Will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads for the executive team.
- Needs to be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. including cold-calling, email blasts, inbound marketing leads, wo.rking prospect lists, discovery and individual research on all social media leads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Has a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential, and an individual who takes pride in their prospecting and lead generation sales activities.
- Will make outbound calls to generate appointments.
- Is confident, driven, self-starter who is professional and positive and not afraid of challenging
- Develop new contacts through Linkedin and other social media platforms
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within Cloze, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
- Clearly communicate service descriptions and accurately record notes from those conversations
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Capable of handling rejection and overcoming objections
- Work with the Management Team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards on Cloze
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- Two or more years of telemarketing/phone sales experience (ideally prospecting/lead generation role)
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Cloze
- Basic knowledge of the Information Technology services industry is a plus Experience with tracking reports and utilizing KPI's for quality control
- Understanding of mass outbound marketing tactics
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, driven, and tenacious
- Caring and able to develop and maintain relationships
- Results oriented and great at multi-tasking
- Willing and able to respond to prospects within 24 hours
