REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years’ experience as a business analyst.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong background gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Must have an in depth understanding of epics, features, and user stories.
- Must have Agile process familiarity.
- Capable of supporting product installations; escalating support to help product team.
- Ability to collaborate with various department teams including IT.
- Self-starter and eager to learn.
- Casino / hospitality background preferred.
