Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com) is seeking an IT Compliance Administrator for an 8 month contract opportunity in Denver, CO.
Position Description The Compliance Administrator position will be working with the Business Technologies Compliance Team to perform document management functions throughout the document lifecycle. This includes creating and maintaining enterprise and divisional documents, collaborating with stakeholders and ensure documents are going through standard processes and stored in proper repositories, administer policy exception processes, and monitor compliance with policies across the organization.
- Perform document management processes for reviewing, updating, and obtaining approvals and / or signatures of enterprise and divisional documents including ensuring document storage in appropriate repository.
- Complete policy exception processes by reviewing and maintaining exception requests and addressing outdated exceptions with appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with and train stakeholders on document management standards and ensure documents are going through standard processes as well as stored in appropriate repositories.
- Other duties as assigned.
