Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager – UKG Implementation to join our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience managing complex HR and Workforce Management solution implementations.
- Proven direct experience in the latest UKG cloud solution is preferred.
- Experience with HR-related modules such as payroll, benefits administration, advanced scheduling/forecasting, skills and certifications, recruiting, employee onboarding, and benefit carrier integrations is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR and workforce management best practices.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
