Multimedia Designer

General Responsibilities / Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a part-time Graphic Designer and Videographer/Photographer. In this dual role position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, including graphic designs, photography, and videography, to support our brand's marketing and communication efforts. Your work will span across digital, print, and social media platforms, helping to tell compelling stories through visuals.

• Create visually appealing graphics for our social media platforms and all events.
• Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and events.
• Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, including product photography or event coverage.
• Organize and maintain a library of photo and video assets.
• Partner with the Regional Marketing & Events Coordinator to generate 3-4 weekly social media graphics to foster online engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to align visual content with broader marketing strategies.
• Be the source of outstanding client and employee experience.
• Uphold a consistent visual brand and company voice across all mediums.
• Responsible for taking a set of instructions, or a stated problem, and producing clean, modern design assets that are within the brand requirements of our company and our products.
• Responsible for prioritizing projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and developing effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with clear direction from supervisor.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and the ability to be proactive.
• Must partner with the management team to ensure effective compliance to Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Strong computer knowledge and Windows skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
• Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn technology platforms to support various forms of digital marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media best practices for content creation.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling principles across digital platforms.
• Skilled in videography, video editing, and photography, with expertise in professional equipment, creative storytelling, and industry-standard software.
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated.
• Strong organizational and project management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions, and recommends best practices.

Attendance: Regular and predictable attendance.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, videography, photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

• Must be able to verbally communicate instructions and information clearly, concisely, and accurately to our clients and other employees.
• Must be able to read and comprehend sometimes complex schedules, and details to process correspondence accurately, while providing exceptional client service.
• Manual dexterity for the functional operation of office equipment, computer terminal, and other office equipment.
• Must have visual acuity required to work at a computer terminal.
• Mobility enough to coordinate activities in department and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.
