Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and other administrative materials.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Maintain and update office filing systems.
- Support senior staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of company-wide events and activities.
