We are seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor. This role requires managing front desk operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth flow of daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to the premises
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room usage
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Provide general support to staff and handle additional duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Professional and customer-oriented attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training is a plus
