Job Summary :
The Controller will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. Reporting to the CFO, this role ensures the organizations financial health and provides strategic insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and tax filings.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to ensure professional growth and efficiency.
