Night Auditor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct the night audit process efficiently, including balancing accounts and preparing reports for management review.
- Greet guests upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and ensure accurate billing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping, to ensure rooms are well-prepared for guest arrival.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring the premises during the night shift.
- Address any guest issues or concerns that may arise during the night, providing effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems effectively.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
