DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in door to door, sales, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
