INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Promotional Product division

We’re seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our growing Sales Team. This position reports directly to the Director of the Promotional Products Division and will focus on the development of new business, as well as servicing our existing customer base.

What You’ll be doing:
Sales Growth
· Identify new opportunities and grow sales for current accounts
· Develop, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships
· Superior communication skills and ability to finalize sales opportunities
· Provide unmatched customer service
Initiative
- Collaborate with sales team on strategy
- Understand the Links Unlimited business model and thoughtfully determine how services can be used to meet a customer’s need
- Gain knowledge of Links Unlimited core values and be able to implement in daily job responsibilities
- Be result and solution oriented
Administrative
- Provide bi-weekly activity reports
- Gain knowledge of the ERP and CRM applications and relevant sales reports
- Handle inbound sales calls
- Create and send orders to manufacturers
- Generate accurate quotes
- Develop and present professional sales presentations and proposals
- Follow up on timelines and customer expectations
- Follow established sales processes
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time.
