Experience:
· Overall 10 years in technical program management, including leading large-scale remote or global initiatives.
· Hands-on leadership of COE teams and distributed engineering teams.
· Proven ability to implement Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies in diverse, cross- functional environments.
· Background in managing software development, infrastructure, or cloud transformation projects.
Skills:
· Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project methodologies.
· Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a remote-first mindset.
· Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Technical Knowledge
· Solid understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
· Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
· Hands-on familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) in cloud and hybrid environments.
· Experience working with SaaS platforms and managing large-scale SaaS deployments.
· Understanding of firewall configurations, network segmentation, and general network security practices.
· Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and infrastructure automation tools.
