Linn County Mental health is recruiting for a therapist to work with children and families providing mental health services. The person filling this position will be skilled in assessment, individual, family and group therapy, case management and consultation. The successful candidate may work in a rural or urban community, collaborating with formal and informal community resources, providing clinic, community, and school based mental health services. Previous training in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and family therapy is preferred. Must be willing to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and follow documentation requirements in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules and department policies and procedures. The primary work location for this position is Linn County based and locations are subject to change depending on program needs.
Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field is required. Professional or supervised practicum-level experience in providing similar services to persons with similar problems or concerns is desirable but not required. Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience, education and training which demonstrates the ability to perform the work described may be acceptable.
Salary : $5,975 - $7,627
