The Linn County Conservation Department has 1 temporary (full-time) Natural Resources Aide opening available for the 2025 warm recreation season. The position will report to Morgan Creek Park. 

  • Performs general park maintenance activities such as mowing, facility and area clean up, and painting 
  • Performs natural resource management activities such as establishment and maintenance of native forest, prairie and wetland ecosystems 
  • Interacts with park visitors

Must pass a County physical examination which includes a drug test after offer of employment. Random drug tests during employment may be required. Must have valid driver’s license. Must be at least 18 years old at time of hire. 

Monday - Friday 
7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. 

Salary : $15 - $16
