Hours: Monday - Friday with weekend availability

Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to coordinate & support the team of Merchandisers responsible for merchandising product within designated accounts. The Merchandising Manager manages the Merchandisers to ensure efficient day-to-day merchandising of company products within assigned accounts. The Merchandising Manager is also responsible for assisting with the on-boarding of new Merchandisers and ensuring the Merchandisers are executing the company's standards and expectations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Audit store accounts to ensure Company standards are being met and product line is being expanded by identifying opportunities to gain distribution of new and existing items.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to new and existing Merchandisers
• Regularly visit store accounts to perform rotation and execution check-ups
• Develop customer relationships and provide service to insure customer retention and loyalty
• Oversee the Merchandiser hiring, training, development, scheduling, performance reviews and terminations
• Maintain communication with the Merchandisers throughout the day to ensure they are running on schedule, provide assistance as needed.
• Schedule Merchandiser routes and ensure route efficiency within designated territory
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., selling teams) that help align ourselves better with the customer.
• Perform other duties as necessary

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be flexible and adaptable to support the team to obtain Company goals
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holiday hours

Work Environment and Equipment

Work generally takes place in store setting. Individuals must be able to operate a tablet or PC, as well as a two-wheel dolly and pallet jack.
