LinQuest is seeking a Senior Operations Research Analyst to join our team in San Antonio, TX, or remote. An active Secret clearance is required.
The Senior Operations Research Analyst will assist organizational leaders in decision making processes by leading working groups and managing complex projects across multiple departments. The Senior Operations Research Analyst will convey their knowledge of operations research and mathematical modeling to junior analysts through effective mentorship. The duties and responsibilities require strong knowledge of scientific methods and techniques to take a deliberate approach to solving complex problems and finding innovative solutions.
Analysts should be well-versed in the application of operations research techniques and supporting skills such as database query languages, design of experiment and response surface methodologies, scripting language programming, and development of appropriate models and simulations.
Responsibilities may include:

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or other technical degree
- 10 years of experience in the application, education, and/or development of analytical techniques and solutions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- An active Secret clearance, with ability to obtain TS/SCI is required
