The CONMED Foot and Ankle commercial business unit develops innovative procedural solutions for foot & ankle surgeons. As a Marketing Intern on the Foot and Ankle Team, you will develop skills in product management with a focus on market analysis, new product development, design inputs, product positioning, and competitive research. Your problem-solving, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, sales, and finance will directly contribute to the team’s 2025 strategic goals. Intern Responsibilities May Include: Work with surgeons and cross-functional teams to create surgeon requirements and Voice of Customer (VOC) documentation Enhance surgeon lead generation program and increase its effectiveness Discover effective marketing promotional channels, including DTC campaigns and social media platforms Creation of sales support tools and training materials Competitive intelligence and market data analysis Creation of innovative marketing campaigns with robust data and present recommendations to leadership This internship position requires a driven and responsible team player who can think creatively while keeping business objectives front of mind. Position Requirements: Pursuing completion of a bachelors or master’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, biomedical engineering or health sciences Must be available to work onsite out of the Memphis, TN facility, Monday – Friday throughout the summer internship program (May 19th-, 2025 - August 8th 2025) Ability to meet with customers at hospitals and to be a member of a credentialing agency Expected travel 0-20% This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship.
