The Hall Power National Sales Development Manager (NSD Manager) is responsible for implementing and executing the Sales Development portions of the Power commercial and development plan. The Power NSD Manager will closely collaborate with Marketing Product Managers (PMs), District Sales Managers (DSMs) and Regional Sales Directors (RDs) to drive capital conversions and upgrades, increase disposable opportunities, and ultimately achieve or exceed budgeted Power revenue, while gathering valuable voice of customer (VOC) and voice of sales (VOS) feedback for further development. Successful Performance Will Be Measured By Achievement of Hall Power-specific sales quota; leveraging and strengthening contract positions for Hall Power (ASC, Hospital, IDN); pricing discipline, aligned with established Hall Power pricing parameters; quality and quantity of valuable VOC/VOS inputs; other key objective metrics included in Key Performance Indicators annually The NSD Manager must be seen as a credible, persuasive, ethical, and a trusted advisor always operating in the best interests of CONMED and our Customers. NSD Manager Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Hall Power expert advisor, trusted with key sales and surgeon engagements Leading key Hall Power initiatives (tied to commercial sales and VOC/VOS) Building customer champions (surgeons, administration, C-Suite) Successfully collaborating with Sales partners to drive Hall Power sales Supporting Hall Power field marketing activities Reporting key Hall Power metrics and activities tied to initiatives Accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System and other regulatory requirements. Maintains company standards involving ethical and moral character, and always represents the company with the highest professional standards. Position Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college/university 5 years of related experience in Orthopedic medical sales (power tools focus, preferred) Market development experience preferred Positive attitude, high integrity, experienced negotiation skills, demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels Strong Medical Device business acumen, commercial focus and customer skills Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business Demonstrates ability to plan and execute a variety of strategies to meet objectives, including sales, training and development, process improvement and change management Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 40% Disclosure as required by state law, the annual salary range for this position is 115,000-145,000.
