Sr. Programmer, Swiss PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produces programs for machines to run high volume and R&D orders using Esprit-CAM software Set-up experience preferred but not required Reads and interprets hard copies and/or computerized drawings and specifications for parts Computes dimensions and tolerances. Uses geometric tolerances and interprets and applies those requirements to tooling and production parts Inspects completed components using CMM Troubleshoots quality problems by effectively utilizing process control and corrective actions Have the ability to increase production and streamline set-ups for optimum efficiency and quality Have the ability to trouble shoot quality problems by effectively utilizing process control and corrective actions Adherence and support of ISO 13485:2016 quality system requirements Self-starter requiring minimal supervision Effective teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong written and verbal communication skills KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 2 years of related experience working as a Swiss Programmer or Set-Up Machinist preferred Experience with Citizen and Tsugami required Experience with Esprit-CAM preferred Fundamental understanding quality systems, documentation, and implementation to ISO Standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 Experience with R&D and NPI is preferred Not eligible for employer based visa sponsorship Benefits: CONMED offers a wide array of benefits to fit your unique needs.
