• Responsibilities
• Provide personal care and assist with hygiene, housekeeping, community outings, cooking, and protective oversight to our clients.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management.
• Promote a safe and comfortable environment for our clients, ensuring that their homes are clean and organized.
• Maintain accurate records of our clients' care, including medication administration and any changes in their condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
• Participate in regular training and professional development to stay current with the latest best practices in caregiving.
• Requirements
• Experience in caregiving, preferably in a home care residential setting.
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to improving the lives of our clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with our clients and their families.
• Familiarity with home community care and the needs of our clients in this setting.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• A willingness to assist with following a menu and ability to prepare meals.
