What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Coordinator position at Linx Community Services?
Linx Community Services, seeking a leader to help support community services, for children and adults who may have a disability. The Residential Coordinator must possess strong supervisory skills, and experience in managing 24 hr residential sites is preferred, which will include : staff scheduling, payroll, direct care, administrative tasks, interviewing, training and hiring processes. Involvement in IDT meetings, residential visits, and all team decisions. MUST pass a WV Cares background check. Candidate must be CPR/First Aid certified or available to attend paid training session, have AMAP certification, or eligible for testing. Residential Coordinator will report directly to the Residential Director. This position requires 24/7 availability for emergency and staffing situations. Applicant must possess excellent verbal, communication, and writing skills. Residential Coordinator applicants must have Driver's License, Current Registration, and Insurance on vehicle.
