What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk - Linx position at LINX LLC?
Purpose:
Provides general administrative support to personnel including various clerical and manufacturing duties.
Job Duties:
- Answers phones and directs to personnel as needed
- Customer service visitor management
- Enters and processes sales orders and shipments
- Reconciles various accounts
- Creates job ticket and tracks and verifies accuracy for closing and accounting.
- Analyzes and processes documents after examining for completeness and accuracy
- And other duties as may be assigned
Job Requirement:
- Understands accounting fundamentals
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and the internet
- Ability to use various computer programs specific to the position
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Adheres to proper safety protocols as required
