Job Title : Customer Service Representative We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the front desk, ensuring phone calls are promptly answered, maintaining an organized showroom, handling merchandise orders, and coordinating deliveries between the warehouse and customers. Additionally, this position will involve invoicing, filing paperwork, and processing payment receipts. Supervisory Responsibilities :
- None Duties / Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in placing orders and provide product information as needed.
- Create accurate order estimates by inputting details into the system, obtaining client approval, and collecting deposits.
- Update the CRM system with client information and document all interactions, including follow-ups.
- Use CRM tools to generate business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct showroom tours for prospective clients in a proactive and engaging manner.
- Follow up on any claims related to delivered orders that present issues, in coordination with the quality department.
- Provide support to the design team when needed.
- Handle invoicing and maintain organized filing of paperwork, including payment receipts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills / Abilities :
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Education and Experience :
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service or customer relations. Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
